These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UPI Roofing website, our text messaging program, and the roofing services we provide. By contacting us, opting in to receive messages, or hiring UPI Roofing, you agree to these Terms.
1. About UPI Roofing
UPI Roofing is a family-owned residential roofing contractor based in Plano, Texas, serving the greater North Dallas area. Our legal business name is UPI Roofing.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description. When you provide your mobile number to UPI Roofing—on our website, by phone, in person, or through our chat widget—and opt in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages from UPI Roofing. Messages include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, project updates, follow-up messages after service, and occasional informational or promotional messages about UPI Roofing services and offers.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the stage of your project.

Opt-in / Consent. You opt in to the program by submitting your mobile number to us through one of our intake methods and affirmatively agreeing to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a free estimate from UPI Roofing.
Opt-out. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive any further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Supported carriers. Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket.

3. Estimates & Services
Estimates provided by UPI Roofing are free and carry no obligation. Final pricing on any roofing project is governed by the signed work order or contract between you and UPI Roofing.
4. Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate.
5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the change.
